Cancellation policy

Before April 11^th 2026 – 10 % cancellation fee.
From April 11^th until May 30^th 2026 – 50 % cancellation fee.
No refund on cancellations sent after May 30^th 2026.
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

We have been informed that some members have received an email from a companies like Global Travel Experts (gtravelhosting[dot]com), Ticket House Limited, MeetingServices or Congress Annual Services (eventannual[dot]com, eventcongress2026[dot]com, conference2026[dot]org).

Those companies are not, in any way, affiliated to the ESPU.

Those companies are known to send unsolicited emails to potential conferences participants and create fake web sites. Sometimes, they are claiming that they have made a reservation which requires confirmation. Please do not contact them back, do not send them personal information and any payments.

Please be assured that ESPU has not provided members' and abstracts authors' email addresses to this or any other company and does not publish such information online.
